Orphsody Refund & Revision Policy

At Orphsody, we pour our hearts into crafting a custom, one-of-a-kind song for your special occasion. Because every track is 100% personalized and delivered digitally, our refund and return policy is structured differently than a traditional retail store.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Digital Nature of Our Products

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom songs, and because they are delivered as digital audio files, all sales are final once production has begun. We cannot accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or subjective musical tastes once the song has been delivered.

2. Cancellations

We know that plans change! Because our turnaround time is a rapid 48 hours, production begins almost immediately.

  • You may cancel your order for a full, 100% refund if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • To cancel, please contact us through the Contact page with your Order Number and the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION".

  • Once the 1-hour window has passed and our crafters have started writing and making, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

3. The Orphsody Revision Guarantee (Our Mistake)

Your story deserves to be told perfectly. If we make a factual error based on the details you provided in your submission form (e.g., we mispronounce a name you provided a guide for, or we use the wrong date/anniversary year), we will fix it and provide a revised track completely free of charge.

  • You must request this revision within 7 days of receiving your song.

  • Revisions only cover factual mistakes made by our studio. We cannot rewrite the song for free if you forgot to include a detail in your original submission or if you misspelled a name on the form.

4. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your song within the promised 48-hour delivery window, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us through the Contact page and we will ensure the files are re-sent to you immediately.
